1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days, with no need to give a reason:
- Digital products: counted from the purchase date.
- Physical products: counted from the delivery date.
2. How to request
Email phcontato@icloud.com with the subject "Refund" and your order number (format PH-000000). We reply within 2 business days.
3. Digital products
Refunds are made in full. After the refund, your license is revoked and you must delete the files you received.
If a file is corrupted or defective, we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
4. Physical products
If you cancel, the product must be returned with all accessories, preferably in its original packaging. We send return instructions and cover the return shipping. The refund includes the product price and the shipping you paid.
Manufacturing defects are covered by the 90-day legal warranty (article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code). In that case, we repair, replace or refund the product.
5. Refund timing
- PIX: refunded to the original account within 7 business days after the refund is approved (or after we receive the returned physical product).
- Credit card: we request the chargeback from the payment provider within 7 business days. The credit appears on one or two statements, depending on your card issuer.

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We can solve it faster directly.
